I stayed at this hotel and I was truly very satisfied with my experience. The property is beautiful, well maintained in every detail, always clean and pleasantly fragrant, which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable and relaxing. The spa is definitely a highlight, perfect for unwinding, and the restaurant offers excellent food. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with high-quality ingredients. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always kind, friendly, and helpful, ready to meet every need with professionalism. Wonderful facilities, staff were very friendly and hotel is very clean. The spa was excellent and very clean, although only allowed to use for an hour, and children were not allowed past 3:30pm, which is a shame. Great breakfast with local produce. During low season the area was empty and nothing opened around the hotel.

Very pleasant family stay. The Gran Sagitario Hotel is quiet, convenient, and ideally sized for the number of guests. Everything is exceptionally clean. Dinner is varied, fine, and balanced; breakfast is delicious. The pool is well-designed and perfectly suited for swimming.

I had an exceptional stay at Gran Sagitario. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, just a few minutes from the beach. The facilities are spotless, with a beautiful pool, a relaxing spa, and a high-quality restaurant. But what truly makes this place special is the incredibly welcoming and professional staff. Always smiling, available, and attentive to every detail. A huge thank you to Ms. Isabella, whose kindness, professionalism, and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. She made every moment even more enjoyable.

“We had a great time and will return one day!”
The pool area was superb, very clean and plenty of beds and umbrellas. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. We had dinner one night and again the choice and quality of food was fabulous and good value. The staff were lovely and all very helpful. Location is near to the beach and restaurants .There are plenty of buses into Ciutadella and surrounding resorts .

The room was quite big, bed comfortable, nice balcony. Everything clean and altogether the whole hotel rather quiet. A small beach next to.
