The Cala Bona y Mar Blava is set 100 metres from a sheltered beach, in the historic Menorcan town of Ciutadella. It has an outdoor pool and a sun terrace. “We would love to stay at this hotel again.”
Quiet location both day and night and safe neighborhood. Nice view of the bay and sea at its end from the room. Close (less than 600 meters) to a large supermarket, about 300 meters to the nearest bus stop, 900 meters to the bus stop from Mao and 1,300 meters to the cathedral. Bike rental company is also nearby. Restaurants are just across the bay, although not so many as in the historic center. The breakfast buffet is inexpensive, with a variety of options, though the same ones every day. Last but not least - very friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated our requests for a kettle, a washing bowl and two extra blankets (cold April nights!). A nice surprise was the last breakfast for free.

“Hard to improve on this place.”
Handy location in a quiet spot 15 minutes walk from the centre of Cuitadella. Very good breakfast overlooking a small arm of the sea that is nice to swim in. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Clean, comfortable room with a good shower. Pleasant atmosphere.

“Exceptionally helpful and kind staff and well located for Ciutadella sights and the cami de cavills.”
Staff were exceptionally helpful. Well located - 10 mins walk to main square and port and 5 mins to a hyper market. Very pretty views Right on the cami de cavills so it was perfect for the start of our planned walk round the south half of Menorca.

We stayed here for only one night when we started our Cami de cavalles hike with my dad. Location was perfect, close to everything, the hotel was cosy and clean. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Ciutadella!

“Lovely stay in a superb location.”
The staff were really helpful and accommodating, the beds were comfy, the rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast buffet has quite a few choices and the location is superb, especially the patio area. Also, it's really close to Ciutadella's center.

“Fantastic short break ,could not wish for better”
Friendly and attentive staff,very knowledgeable about the surrounding area ,I was provided with a map of the Town and given advice on places to visit , the views from the Terrace were fantastic,the room was very comfortable with fantastic views over the inlet,FantasticBreakfast was a running buffet with plenty of choices, I will certainly book this accommodation in the near future, many many thanks to the staff for making my short break one to remember.

“It's definitely a must stay!”
The staff were super friendly and very helpful with prividing information! Shout out for Elaina. The breakfast was very good value for €5. There was a good selection of healthy food. I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade. Thank you again for this ❤️. The location is very good. There is access to swimming in the sea from the hotel. The hotel also has a nice pool.
