“Comfortable and clean”
We did ask for a double bed but were given 2 singles and asked for 2 extra pillows but had to ask for them

“Avoid. Read the review”
Not much to like. Pay attention to the reviews. Noisy you can hear EVERYTHING. The person in adjoining room having a tinkle. The water pipes in the wall, the next rooms shower. Hallway. Everything!! Unfortunately I had a room that doesn’t deserve that title positioned right beside the lift. Pic attached. The big giveaway was the supplied earplugs, this was saying we know it’s crap but we hope you can cope. NO ….I left a day early tied and exhausted, first time ever from a hotel. I asked for a credit on the parking in lieu of early departure…. It was denied wholeheartedly. Pic of earplugs attached.

Very friendly, centrally located hotel, super clean and with adequate facilities for a stay to enjoy Ciudad Rodrigo. Very good buffet breakfast A really pleasent experience.
