“Decent and overpriced”
The hotel is well located and central to see the town. Although it is a 4* hotel, the gym facilities were very poor, the equipment was not working and it was a bit dirty. The pool was nice. The breakfast room is in the basement so no chance of daylight and the variety of food was so so

Convenient place to stay for a visit to Ciudad Real. Friendly and welcoming staff on reception and in all areas. Great selection for breakfast.

“Surprisingly good hotel at the price point!”
A really nice hotel in a slightly old fashioned but 'grand' way. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was fine. Very big bathroom with a full size bath and plenty of complimentary toiletries.

“Good stay in Ciudad Real”
The Hotel is in a good location and not far from the downtown area. You can also park in the garage. The bedroom was really big, beds are comfortable and also the bathroom. The place was very clean. I'd definitely stay here another time.

“Acceptable three star hotel used by coach clients but definitely not four star.”
Room and bed were fine. Quiet and clean on first floor. Plenty of storage space if needed. Restaurant was good but only ourselves in for dinner. Food good and service pleasant.

“Nice hotel and Friendly staff”
Staff were very friendly and helpful despite my lack of Spanish. Breakfast was good, with good selection of continental breakfast options and eggs as hot options. Parking in the hotel is a lifesaver when you arrive in new town a little weary after the days travels and even better when it’s free. Centre of town is about 8-10 mins walk to central square for bars/ restaurants
