“Very spacious 2 bed villa”
The property location was very good. It is located just behind the main Quasada strip. Very spacious for a 2 bed villa. The staff were very helpful.

Location is fantastic only 3 minutes walk from main street with good restaurants. Very quiet. Great to have the private garage. The garden area is very nice and pool is clean and sunny. Bed was comfortable.

Great location just a minute's walk to the main high street. All day to day amenities on hand with 2 supermarkets very close and 2 more within a few minutes walk. Lots of bars and restaurants with a great selection of food on offer. Location was very quiet even though it was close to the high street. The coast is about a 20-25 minute drive away. Alicante airport 40 minutes max. The villa was perfect for the two of us with all that we needed. The owners provided some drinks (bottle of wine, a couple of beers, fizzy drinks, water) free of charge as a welcome pack which was a nice gesture. A spacious garden and pool area although it was too cold to use the pool. Big plus was a kettle and tea/coffee which is unusual in Spanish rentals in our experience.

Fantastic villa, thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, wished we had stayed for longer! Brilliant location very close to the Main Street. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to stay at Casa Giner again.

“Fantastic Villa! Great Location!”
Absolutely superb little villa. Perfect for a peaceful break, it has everything you need and couldn’t be in a better location for all the restaurants and bars in Quesada only a couple of minutes walk away. The villa itself is clean, tidy and comfortable and great for spending those warm days outside by the pool. The outdoor area is very pleasant and spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent and there to greet us on arrival providing any help where needed.

“Lovely stay in a nice house with a very welcoming host”
Carlos was there to greet us and give us the keys. He was very professional and welcoming. The pool was really nice as was all the outdoor space. The location is ideal and you can go through the walkway and be where all the shops and bars are. The house is spacious and Carlos very kindly left us a wine, soft drinks, shampoo and shower gel and cleaning products.
