Had all amenities you would need for a family of 4. Washing machine and dishwasher. You do need to buy dishwasher tablets as the property has none.

Met by Wendy who showed us around and explained everything. Apartment was clean and tidy with ample facilities and equipment, there wasn't anything missing that we needed to make this a comfortable stay. Wendy came to do the check out at a time convenient to us, excellent service.

Great communication from owner (Florian) and keyholder (Wendy). Was able to get early check in that was much appreciated. Apartment is on a beautiful complex and great location. Within walking distance of many bars,restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Large garden with palm trees and lovely shrubs and hedging. The property has everything you need to make it home from home. We travelled as a family of four and we had plenty of space. The garden is the best bit and allows you to enjoy the outdoors whilst still having privacy.

Apartment and location are good

We were not in the apartment we booked. No no one met us at the property which 2 days before travelling a message on booking .com said they would, however, the day before we travelled we received a message saying we had to go to EL Raso to get the key from a key safe. The keys did not identify the apartment number we were in and we found that the key was not for the apartment we had booked (as we have stayed there earlier in the year). With no one to assist we had the embarrassing task of trying the key in several doors until one opened which was rather stressful. Once in the apartment we found that the WiFi did not work and we were without it for 3 days until an engineer was called out, which meant the TV also did not work. On arrival there was no soap available in bathrooms so we were unable to wash hands properly after using the toilet (not something we would normally pack). All in all a poor start to our holiday.

Stunning interior, spotlessly clean. Lovely garden with enough seating for the whole family together or a peaceful morning coffee in the hammock chair on your own. The pool is great and on many occasions we had the pool to ourselves. Enough shops around for everything you need.

Lovely modern apartment with large pool area 5 minute walk from supermarket and around 15 minutes into town for all restaurants

The property is immaculate and has everything you should need for your stay. We particularly loved the modern living space and the location of the apartment to the pool. The pool is amazing with a ledge around the inner perimeter of the pool which is great for younger kids - our daughter loved that aspect of the pool. The complex feels very secure with the gated entrance and the area is well-maintained.
