staff at reception is very unfriendly with faces like someone died yestreday left next day to hotel closest double cheaper 4 stars hotel and with better than double qualituy.

“Nice, safe hotel, with a lot of amenities”
All the staff was very attentive to us, always smiling, they give us free dinner “ social hour”( salmon tapas, ,mini sandwiches, boneless, beer, tequila, soda in the lounge area (same floor we stayed),, then in the morning breakfast was pretty good ( chicharrón en salsa verde, beans, eggs ,fruits, coffee, juice ) in same lounge area , rooms was very clean, clean towels, shave kit, also in mini fridge we have 6 free drinks ( beer, juice, soda, sparkling water, ) definitely worth the price, bed was perfect, my wife and me enjoyed, SEE YOU SOON!!

“Poor Customer Service”
Check in staff had poor customer service. They didn’t tell us that breakfast was free only in one particular restaurant. The bathroom was mouldy. The floor we were on was smelly.

“Classic local hotel”
This is a nice hotel, a timeless and classic local hotel that can compete with any global chain. I'm from Juárez and in 40 years have heard of their good reputation, this was my first stay there and I was very happy I did. I'll return. Thanks to their staff. Ps. The bed was very comfy.
