“A great stopover with secure parking and lovely hosts and staff.”

A great place to stopover in Ciudad del Este. We stayed for two nights and our host Jorge gave us a tour to the Itaipu Dam and the Monday Waterfalls. There is excellent secure parking which was perfect for our motorbikes. Each apartment has cooking facilities and there is a pool and garden to relax in. It is easy to get to and also only a short distance to the Paraguay/Brazil border.

George (owner) is fantastic. We hired him to take us to do certain trips/errands. Amazingly helpful, kind and his English is great too! Very informative with local knowledge and history. Staff also helpful and willing to help despite they didn’t speak English. Would definitely stay again. Gardens and pool beautiful.

The area was very quiet but with laundry service, shops and a couple of cafes within walking distance, good ac and fan in the room, very spacious apartment and great shower pressure, the apartment had pretty much everything needed for cooking for myself. The reason I booked this place was as my first solo trip I liked reading how welcoming the hosts were, and that’s exactly what made my stay special! Jorge provided a driving service showing me the best spots in and near Ciudad that I otherwise would have missed, he was very knowledgeable, patient and kind allowing me as much time as I wanted at each site, never making me feel rushed, and sharing lots of information about Paraguay like my own personal guide! Playing with Danna the super cute puppy was definitely a bonus too!

Its nice neiberhood, there is local food served around, not too far from city centre. There is very comfortable bed and a lot of space and a table which is not standard everywhere. I had to work a bit on laptop so it was very handy. The host is very nice guy, he helped me to explore the city and the biggest attractions. I learned spicy details from local inhabitant perspective. Fully recommended for english speakers, the host speaks fluent english and it was priceless for me as my Spanish is not great :D. Ask the host for the tour, you wont regret!

It had a nice feel , the garden in urban area was nicely done , and the kind of semi industrial look from the outside , made me weary at first , but they payed attention to the important things .and lovely people running it

We stayed here for five nights and were very impressed. The apartment was so spacious and there was access to two pools and a gym, which we took full advantage of each day. There was secure parking for our moto and the owner Jorge was super helpful if we needed anything. Great value for money, we would highly recommend this accommodation 👌

The facilities were amazing, especial the back patio with swimm1ing pool. An oasis in km8 CDE. Alicia and Jorge are outstanding hosts.

Very nice people, very quietfull location

First of all the owners Alicia & Jorge are incredible and make you feel that you’r in your friends house. They will give you all the information as well but most important the feeling. Apartments has everything that you might need ,there’s a very peaceful garden at the back with a swimming pool. It’s not in the center but who needs it when there is a peace in this place. Safe parking is also really important. Nobody wouldn’t regret, I highly recommend. Many thanks Alicia & Jorge . Hope to see you again.
