My family stayed at this location before and booked again because it was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, this time it was not the same. We had a dirty purple and yellow stained shower wall, dirty floor towels, dusty floors and I even found a large green candy one the floor next to the bed. I was traveling with my 1yr old kid, the thought of what could have happened if she found that and put it into her mouth and possibly choked scared me. We did not have time to change rooms as we had to travel very early the next morning and got to the hotel very late. But as someone in hotel management and someone who has stated in both the US and Mexico Extended Suites, this was very disappointing and not what I expected from Extended Suite.

Amazing!!!! Super good beds, next to shopping mall with groceries store and gas station. We were just stopping for one night to continue our way to Quintana Roo and this exceeded our expectation.

“Great stay in a great area”
The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional upon check in. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and it had a good kitchen area. I wasn't able to use the kitchen appliances (no cooking utensils due to the COVID pandemic, which is understandable and appropriate) but my room had a very large fridge that could be used if I brought take-out food back to my room or groceries from the nearby Chedraui supermarket (a 5 minute walk).
