Nice apartment, clean rooms, spacious bathroom. View was exceptional. Owner very welcoming but not intrusive. Communicated via Translate app. Near Silvi, therefore got supplies for breakfast from Conad however car is required. Ample parking space. There are two access to the house from the main road one of which is very steep (Google map will try to take you through it but i avoided rhis one), the second one is only 100m further down if coming down the hill ).

“We appreciated this comfortable apartment and location close to Città Sant'Angelo centre.”
We chose this principally for the location close to the town though access was down a rather steep road. Bruno was an attentive host and this was the best equipped of all the apartments we rented on our trip to Italy. The view from the terrace was spectacular.

“Roomy and light, with a nice bedroom, but with room for improvement in total.”
The accommodation is a good size with large pleasant bedroom and a roomy bathroom. The view is the highlight from the front balcony. There is a good sofa in the living room/kitchen area.

Wonderful house, perfect peaceful location and still near to reach the historical awesome city center by foot. Everything was smooth.

“Lovely property in a beautiful location”
In a beautiful location. Spacious. Equipped with all you’d need for a holiday, from lots of pots, pana. crockery, glassware etc to a washing machine.
