Everything,its just a hidden pearl.Pool area great for everybody,adults,kids.Every room has their own sunbeds so there is no need to toss the towel in the morning🤣🤣Room was beautiful,with the view of garden.Staff very friendly and open.

All was very nice. Clean, big rooms. Big swimming pool also for smaller children, each room has their own spot for sunbathing. Tennis, bicycles, children playground, horses and good restaurant - all these possibilities available here. Owners are super nice and helpful.

Our stay at Poggiovalle was so much more than we ever could have imagined! Incredible scenerey, facilities with pool, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking and more. The pictures don't do enough justice for this beautiful place, you must visit to see it's true beauty! The location is perfect for visiting beautiful towns nearby. Also, if you want to visit great vineyards, so many are close-by! The staff was so accommodating, helpful and kind. And the restaurant! One of the best restaurants we as a culinarist couple have visited in a long time. We are already planning our next trip to Poggiovalle. An absolute gem of a place in Umbria!

Everything was superb. The whole domain is extremely well thought. You can thoroughly disconnect from the stress of modern day living and relax in a quiet, luxurious place. To the kind staff and the lovely Mimi (the cat), thank you for an unforgettable stay.

The property manager Christiana was amazing, helping in every little thing we needed. The apartment was spectacular, everything is well maintained, the showers, the kitchen, even the makineta. The property has amazing view, horses, animals and an amazing restaurant.

Beautiful property with lots to do. My kids loved the farm animals and visiting the horses daily. The onsite restaurant (focusing on farm to table) was superb, one of the best meals we’ve had on our Italy trip, high recommend even if you’re not staying at the property itself. Location was good, easy drive to attractions and sites. We had a three bed apartment, was plenty big for us as a family of 6 and clean. We also had daily breakfast, delivered every morning. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Everything! The hotel is lovely, the apartment spacious, and the staff very friendly. Julia was a superb host and always ready to help us. The restaurant food was excellent and again, staff were excellent

“Relaxing place in the middle of greenery”

Friendly and helpful personnel that makes a difference. The hotel is on top of a green hill with nothing but nature around. Good restaurant with excellent meat options - many products are produced right there, at the hotel’s farm. Cheese and orange jam are not to miss. Many options of what to visit around, all well explained. A place to relax and take a break from the city. Much recommended.
