“A stay that felt like home”

We stayed a week at this beautiful agriturismo, and it was so much more than just a holiday, it felt like staying with family. From the very first day, Mosaab welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt at home. He was always ready for a friendly chat, full of tips about hidden gems in the area, and he has such a natural way of making you feel seen and cared for. The house itself is wonderful, with breathtaking views, but what touched us the most was his personal touch in everything. Breakfast was a joy every morning: fresh figs from his tree, homemade jams and juices, olives and zucchini from his garden, home baked cakes by his wife, and eggs straight from the chickens. Everything was prepared with love, and you could truly taste it. But what really made this stay unforgettable was the way he connected with us. My young daughter couldn’t wait to see him every morning, not just for the food, but because he played with her, made music, and brought joy and laughter to the start of every day. For her, he turned breakfast into the highlight of the trip. For me and my parents, it was heartwarming to see how naturally he created these little moments of happiness. He doesn’t just run an agriturismo, he creates an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, warmth, and connection. On the way home, I even felt a little emotional leaving, which says it all. He gave us more than a place to stay. he gave us memories we’ll carry with us for a very long time.

We liked the very friendly warm welcome. The accommodation was well equipped with modern facilities and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts offered a good selection of choice with plenty of homemade products.

“Charming Agriturismo in a Beautiful Location”

Beautiful location, lovely hosts, charming farm with kittens and chickens! Views over rolling Tuscan hills, olive trees groves and grape vines. We weren't there for the sunset hour, but I'm sure it would've been spectacular given the views and the position. It was also a lovely breakfast spread. Citta della Pieve was just a few minutes drive away and really charming - we wandered around after dinner and it was full of locals enjoying a late evening stroll amongst the gorgeous old buildings and many a clock tower. It was both the prettiest and least touristy of the hilltop towns we passed through.

It was a very nice stay, a truly calming place and well positioned to explore Umbria and Tuscany. The hosts Mirella and Mosab are very communicative and the interaction with them during breakfast made our mornings even more enjoyable. There are a lot of positives but I will not mention all of them as the information provided before the booking is exhaustive and accurate. We strongly recommend staying at this place.

Breakfast mostly consists of fresh home-made products. Where and how they grow or produce the ingredients for breakfast was shown to us by a friendly host who takes care of the cultivation of plants and animals himself. The food was very tasty. The location of the ecotourism farm is near the town, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Many tourist attractions can be reached by car within an hour.

lovely setting, surrounded by nature, and super hospitable owners. The place is run by a young couple who speak perfect english, thus making things easier as well for non-Italians. rooms are quaint and well sizes, with comfortable beds. Showers are very basic, and can be neater and cleaner.
