Overview
Decorated in African art and colours, Wolfkop Nature Reserve offers self-catering cottages 10 minutes drive from Citrusdal. Each cottage has a terrace with outdoor furniture. All the cottages include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. Some have an outdoor private hot tub. This holiday home has two bedrooms, accommodating four guests. The bedrooms features a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Luxury mattresses and cotton percale bedding are common to all. The kitchen is open-plan and well-equipped. The lounge area boasts high ceilings and deep sofas for that obligatory afternoon siesta, and an open fireplace to accompany a fine glass of plonk in winter. Double doors open to a terrace with a hot tub, while around the back of the cottage, there is a fully equipped jungle gym for the kids or perhaps for the kid in you. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, aircon in each room, an upcycled plunge pool 1.2 x 2.4 meter with decking and a hot tub. You get 2 complimentary bags of wood to fire your hot tub. Please do not light the fire if there are not water in your tub. It should always be full of water before you make the fire. Start off with half a bag of wood and add extra as you need. It normally takes an 1,5 hours to heat up. Should you require us to heat it for you before arrival, please let us know your estimated time of arrival and that we should start it for you. Restaurants and coffee shops are located 10 minutes drive from the cottages. Cape Town International Airport is 185 km away.

The area is beautiful, no question about that. The views from the deck were sensational. The serenity of the area, really very special. A place to relax... unquestionable. Remote and silent..., very pleasing.

We loved the privacy, the openness of the unit and location. We loved the decor and simple luxury of the unit. The hot tub under the stars is pure bliss. We love Wolfkop, we visited in December 2025, January 2026 and will be visiting again in February 2026.
