“Perfection”

There is nothing not to like. The hosts are so hospitable and interesting to chat to. Accommodation is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The environment is super quiet and very relaxing, with a view over the valley to the mountains. We stayed in the loft and found it perfect... spacious, will readily accommodate 6-8 without feeling crowded. Beds and sofas are comfortable, bathroom and kitchen facilities satisfactory. The outside wood-fired hot tubs are a special feature... lying in warm water at night enjoying the starry sky.

We had a lovely stay at Latjeskloof. Hazel and Alan were excellent hosts and the accommodation was equipped with everything one might need. The area is beautiful and we had amazing views from the cottage. Our dog, Keda, was welcomed and she thoroughly enjoyed exploring the farm. Thanks again Hazel and Alan!

Very nice hosting couple- very friendly and helpful, even accomodating individual wishes and sharing interesting information about the place. The rooms are equiped very good and thoughtful. Using the pool and the hottub under the stars was really amazing. The location is very scenic and peaceful- just be advised if you want to visit the Caves or the Wolvesberg Arch there are a lot of rocky roads leading there, so if you wish to visit those you should consider staying at least two nights. Breakfast and Dinner possible.

Amazing views of the Cederburg mountains, citrus orchards and an idyllic location to get away from it all. A lovely standalone villa with a wraparound balcony offering many vistas whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Has a braai, hot tub and plunge pool as well! Delicious fresh clementine juice, Orange Blossom honey from the farm for breakfast and warm hospitality from Hazel and Alan, including Biscuit and Pickles (their pet dogs). Would highly recommend a stay.

“Beautiful rural property with great amenities”

A modern cabin set on a citrus farm on the hillside with amazing views over the wetlands, other farms and the Cederberg mountains. It’s a very serene and relaxing place. The hot tub, plunge pool and braai are all excellent and the hosts are delightful and interesting people.

Hazel and Alan were exceptionally helpful, showing us places to hike and giving us useful tips and ideas. The pool was great to cool off in the heat. Even our dog was allowed to have a swim.

The Location and the hot tub are just out of this world. The host are lovely people and a Chat IS really worth the time. Thank you for a perfect stay

Fantastic location views etc. it is down an unpaved road so a bit of effort to get to, which makes it quiet!

Really comfortable linen and bedding. Drinking wine watching the sun go down over the mountains and then watching the stars come out from the hot tub. Talking to the owners about the farm and the local area and the general friendliness of the owners was amazing. Watching the birds around the farm and great breakfast including grapefruit straight from the tree and home made marmalade and honey.

This place is amazing! The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. We hiked up to the dam and also to the river! We had such a wonderful stay and the hosts are friendly and were so thoughtful to make our stay comfortable.
