“Need to be IT savvy and have the correct mobile. No free wifi. Unit easy to get to and clean.”
The WiFi was not free and didn't work. We were asked for a password which we didn't have. The access links were a nightmare. I did not realise it was hub hotel when I booked it on Booking.com and had to call the number on the hotel voucher for help because we are IT savvy and didn't understand what we had to do. Although quite grumpy the call centre lady did actually help out. The room was fine and very convenient and a very good location. There seemed to be running water somewhere in the building all night which was annoying and when we checked out the downstairs area was totally flooded. Not good. I will not stay in one of your places again. Booking.com made no mention that this was a hub type hotel. If I had known I would most definitely not have booked it.
