“A great base for enjoying Batik.”
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but I’d love to enjoy it with my son next time.

“Disappointing considering the reviews.”
1st time staying here for a trial. The hotel is very tired and not much on offer for a weary arrival in terms of food or comfort. The room was very tired, dark and bathroom had a very bad smell. Rain shower was not working and leaking all night. Hand held shower was terrible. Hot water was luke warm. No good food options. Will never stay here again.

The room and its facility are too old. The space it huge but its empty, the flooring are old and not clean. So I have to request to go to the regular room that have better flooring, that means I am paying for an executive room type but using a regular room. (rate was not downgraded as front desk inform I made the booking to Booking.com so cannot change).
