“Terrible!”
Contrary to the Booking.com description there is no restaurant and there is no bar. The nearest place to dine is 4km away.........too far to walk! We had to get the host to order take away pizza for us and then she charged us €30 for a bottle of cheap wine. This place is not as it is described and we feel we were ripped off.

It'd location to palmerno airport and easy to find. The owner accommodated us arriving early which we appreciated and also sent us pastries. Shown to the room by a nice young lady who did her best via phone translater. The accommodation is below ground level so steps down. The room was clean and pleasant Breakfast room also clean and well equipped. Our room had a garden the carparking was behind gates and very secure. OK for.one night

“Something different”
Its more like airbb type of place about 40min walking distance from the airport. There is a small beach area right around of the property, but thats all there is. The owner has greated 3 underground rental rooms to their own property. If you decide to book this please, make sure you book the room with a terrace. Other rooms have only one small window with limited view to the staircase. So please be prepaired that there are no sea view from any of these rooms. Rooms have some beach vibe in them and you also have access to fully functional kitchen as well. Kitchen has nice minibar system with large variety of alcoholic beverages available. Breakfast was included, but its mediterranian style toast and jelly type light version of it. As rooms are mostly underground we didnt detect any airport related noises. All rooms are heated and air conditioned as well. If you are travelling without a car, you will be trapped in here as all the interest points are far away from here. Nearest village with restaurants is about 10km Its perfectly fine for 1 night stay before your flight, as its about 3km walking distance from the airport and they also offer a shuttle service for 30 euros as well.

Close to Palermo airport, my husband and I evan walked from airport the the hotel after we returned the car. Owner Angela is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Room is cozy and very clean.
