Very quiet location, fresh deco and nice comfy beds. Sweet pastries and cakes left in room for breakfast. You had everything you need it. Parking space just outside property.

Avoid this place at all costs! The room had a disgusting odor, and the doors were glass facing the street with no curtains — absolutely no privacy. None of this was mentioned in the listing. The place was completely unlivable, and we had to leave immediately and find another place to stay. We tried to contact the owner multiple times, and they completely ignored us. Unprofessional, misleading, and not safe for guests. This place should not be on any rental platform.

The hosts were very friendly and flexible on arrival time. The room was spacious and clean and there is free parking right in front of the accommodation. The location was great as it was near the airport. This was my second time staying here, everything was perfect!

“Very cute boutique hotel, outstanding cleanliness and comfy room! Wish we could have stayed longer”

First impression of the hotel was a cute, boutique guesthouse located pretty centrally in the old town. The room was spotless when we arrived and we had a good welcome despite the language barrier. Unfortunately, we only stayed a short night before a very early flight the next day, so could not fully enjoy the facilities or explore the town, but was well placed close to the airport for our crack-of-dawn flight.

The room is very well equipped, clean and it have very confortable bed. The hot tube was great. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of food to choose.

The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I slept on during my 3 week trip in Italy! The decoration of the rooms and the entrance are beautiful, the room is large, and the communal kitchen excellent. Parking was very easy to find right outside the building.

Valentina is very nice host. It’s beautiful, all new and clean. It’s also very quiet. 10/10.

“Best accommodation of Sicily”

I loved the all decoration of the house and the balcony . The bathroom was amazing . I have never seen an accomodation that is so well decorated. Valentina came to pick us up at the airport with her husband. They were both very kind. Our room was very very clean . Best accommodation of Sicily. You will never regret to go there.

- beautiful modern design - confortable room with kettle and coffee machine - very clean - soundproof windows - very nice staff - the breakfast included convenient when leaving early to the airport - hotel has organised the car transfer from hotel and to airport - close to bars and restaurants - provided a baby bed

Beautiful room and decorations, very kind owners who prepared a lovely breakfast for us. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable with a great shower. The village of Cinisi also has nice buildings. It's a great place to stay!
