“A good accommodation option”
Have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and it is a good option for visiting family in Cinisello Balsamo or for using before heading off to explore other parts of Italy. Easy to use and friendly staff. Good transport links (bus and tram stops nearby)

“Amazing”
Reception staff friendly and lovely. Anna and gioiele treated me and my dog like family. All perfect but unfortunately the air con was not working and that night was very hot. For the rest it is the ideal place where to stay, great risotto eaten, spacious car park. Superb breakfast and dogs accepted, definitely I will go back there

“Lovely hotel, though some improvements are needed”
Overall, I have mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, the hotel itself is very beautiful and spacious, with a stunning lobby area. I also really appreciated the large free parking, which was very convenient. However, there were several downsides. The room was not very comfortable, and basic amenities like slippers were not provided — I had to request them separately. The window was quite dirty, likely due to insects, which affected the overall impression of the room. Breakfast was average, I would rate it 3 out of 5. The hotel has potential, but there are definitely areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
