Le Capannacce offers independent villas with rustic Tuscan furnishings and views of the Maremma countryside. The complex features a panoramic swimming pool, and is 5 minutes' drive from Cinigiano. The villas feature exposed wood beams, a rustic fireplace and wooden furniture. All air-conditioned, they include a washing machine and a patio. They also provide private parking space. Le Capannacce is surrounded by olive groves and produces its own extra virgin olive oil. The surrounding area is ideal for wine and food tourism. The family-run property is 40 km from Grosseto and a 1-hour drive from the Tuscan coast. The Val d'Orcia area is 35 km away.

The houses are very cozy, beautiful design, well equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen tools. The houses are situated out the village and it was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts are great people and they made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend that place for everyone.

Amazing place. Felt like at home. Breathtaking views,pool,olive trees around. Would like to come back one day! There are selection of local wines and own olive oil to try and buy.

Everything was amazing. The place, the landscape, the pool, the house, the hosts. It's great for vacation, quiet, picturesque. The sea is not far, also a lot of famous and beautiful locations in Tuscan countryside are within driving distance. The house is great, classic Tuscan, with all the amenities and air conditioning, and everything needed for a nice stay. Gabriele was very responsive and helpful with everything. If I ever decide to visit Tuscany again, this will be my destination for sure. All in all, an amazing place, which I would recommend to everyone.

All was very nice. Location is very good for trip in surroundings. To get to sea is possible in 1 hour. So everything perfect, you do not know about people in other houses. So it is private, owners are nice people. I can really recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Capannacce and it proved to be an absolutely delightful experience. Upon entering the property, I was greeted by the warm and hospitable staff who made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the outdoor spaces. The expansive terrace provided the perfect setting for savoring a glass of local wine while watching the sun set over the rolling hills. I also appreciated the well-equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, which allowed me to indulge in al fresco dining experiences. The location of Le Capannacce was ideal for exploring the enchanting region of Tuscany.

“Beautiful and peaceful”
Amazingly beautiful house, furnished with great taste, we loved it. The view was breathtaking! We were very lucky with the weather for this period of the year, it was hot like summer, so we could swim in the refreshing pool, and have our meals on the shaded terrace, so relaxing and peaceful. We visited many beautiful areas by car which is highly recommended. The owners were lovely and helpful. Thank you!

Great house in beautifully location with Tuscan field in surroundings. Owners are very kind and helpful, we were welcomed with bottle of one and olive oil from local manufacture. House very clean and cosy, air condition in every room. Warm water in swimming pool, dedicated sunbeds for every of 3 houses.

“Excellent stay in Tuscany!”
We rented two cottages and had very warm welcome, the communication before the arrival was easy. Both cottages were clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. The location is great and the views are amazing. We will come back!
