This is a very quaint hotel above an amazing blue lake. The room was simple, clean and with a great view. The owner is lovely but only speaks Italian. There is a restaurant on site but we enjoyed the breakfast the most.

“A real gem in the marchese countryside”
The property, location and facilities exceeded our expectations. Very friendly owners, wonderful location and we wished to have booked for longer. we had a fabulous room, larger than expected, with a small garden courtyard. There was also a fridge which was very helpful, v good wifi. The adjoining restaurant was traditional and food was very good. Ample parking. The addition of a new swimming pool was superb.

I chose this place as I had to visit friends in the sorroundings. Location is very nice, the building quite typical but very poorly maintained. the bedroom was extremely old fashioned, with very basic and cheap furniture. Bathroom is very small, not practical and the shower is old and seems dirty... I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. the staff is kind but does not show any empathy to guests. we also had dinner at the place: the food was simple but quite good (I would recommend meat and especially the rabbit)
