“Great place.”
The room was excellent. Maverick's - the bar/restaurant downstairs was awesome. The staff were very helpful. Couldn't really fault this place. Would absolutely stay here again when I am in Cincinnati. ... if you are a fan of WKRP in Cincinnati- the building from the show is around the corner.

The front desk specially with one lady needs a good training on how to deal with customer, really unprofessional. Bedsheet are not the cleanest, seems like it wasnt change at all. Just disgusting.

“Fantastic location highly recommend”
Fabulous location as able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We loved getting texts from both front house staff and the valet. We only needed an Uber to get to the zoo. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Amanda in Mavericks. Having a breakfast spot in the hotel was also a bonus.

The bathroom floor and sinks were not cleaned at all upon entry - the floor was smudged and sticky Looked gross - hair in sink The sink leaked .the hand towels had old makeup on them Gross For $1000 bill I was not pleased . Never again

This hotel seemed to be in disrepair and in need of significant work. In terms of quality and value, this property was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Loved the staff here. They were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had an amazing tub/shower for relaxing. The location was super walkable to many parts of the city (for us, anyways, as we like to walk) (about .5 to 1 miles away from most destinations downtown).
