The employees (Ms. Pat and Vivian) were so friendly and personable! The room was super clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get up in time for breakfast but grabbed coffees on the way out. Loved that the hotel/parking lot was off a side street so it was super easy to get in/out. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!! ❤️😊

“It made for completing an enjoyable trip as expected at Marriott.”
It was a busy special UC homecoming weekend stay for me, and I extend my stay an additional night, had 2 reservations. Computers were down at checkin which caused a miscommunication mixup between rotating shift staff in Hope's of avoiding a room change. Unfortunately when desk staff changed, my bag and personal items were unnecessarily removed and personal items were misplaced. When the original 1st desk mgr returned she was exceptionally helpful in correcting the situation and locating my missing items. I think her name is Virginia, she handled the matter immediately in the morning upon hearing about the confusion. Marriott should know she deserves special recognition for her grace and professionalism in locating my items and resolving the situation. It restored my faith in the services I have always received on a Marriott property.
