Conveniently located for The Banks, Paycor and OTR

The hotel was conveniently located close to The Banks and Paycor Stadium, with easy access to OTR and the rest of downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

First room smelled of mold and has water dripping, they moved us to a smaller room that had not been cleaned and the shower door wouldn’t close and the beds were lumpy

Receptionist make us believe that the Internet service was for free

When we asked if we could access the Internet, the receptionist told us that we could do it for free. When you try to navigate, you are redirected to a hotel’s webpage and a message is shown to accept charges if you want to use the Internet (there is not a free navigation option). The receptionist told us to accept charges and the hotel wouldn't charge us anyway. With that in mind, we proceeded. Now I found in my invoice that we were charged. The worst part is that I received an email from a representative saying "Please know these charges are accepted by the guest for usage of wireless high speed internet. We encourage you to sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy program to avoid these charges". The problem here is not the money (it was just only $12.95). It is about ethics, transparency, and customer service. The receptionist should never tell us to do something that leads us to make a mistake. They didn't honor their word.

Would recommend this hotel

The room was neat, bed was comfortable and the hotel restaurant was really good as well. We had dinner prior to the show we were there to see then stopped in to have drinks later.

A great weekend highlighted by your hotel.

The front desk staff were wonderful. The valet folks were exceptionally helpful and friendly. This hotel has a staff to be proud of.
