The location was good. The rooftop bar area was really impressive, great views! The lady in the bar was very friendly and helpful.

“Friendly and Cheerful Crew”
Very friendly staff, be it at reception, housekeeping and especially at breakfast. The team at breakfast are so cheerful and welcoming, it is a pleasure to eat there. Love the breakfast choices of dishes!

“Perfect location for a reds game...”
Awesome location. Lovely hotel. Valet parking works so well. Reception was spot on, helped with left luggage before the ball game. Everything was well thought out and executed.

my VP was told we would get a discounted price because of the volume of people we brought with us. we just had to pay the price and it would be fixed when we arrived. i got there and they gave me two drink vouchers instead. i asked the manager at the desk any two drinks. the manager said yes as long as it is from one of our two bars. so i went to the roof and ordered one drink the bar tender said it wasn't enough for the drink i ordered ended up giving her both drink vouchers for that one drink then left with my friends and had drinks around the corner. i also had to give them my debit card on arrival just incase i used anything in my room. like why isn't the water free in the room. most hotels even have a coffee pot in the room with bottles of water and pods to use. then it charged .02 and 20.00 to my account. it took the 20.00 off only.
