“Two nights at Holiday Inn Jababeka, Cikarang”
From the Bell Boy to Reception and the Restaurant, all are welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Employees weren't motivated at breakfast. They didn't came to the table to ask about coffee etc. Didn't check if enough food and items were in the basket. Very very poor. Was put into a smoking room, but booked a non smoking room. After serveral discussuions I got moved.
