The location next to the river and by the big steps made for stunning views, and I loved the sound of the river. Ed was really nice, the breakfast was generous and good, parking was near the front door, and our stay was just easy and very pleasant. It was very casual, which added to our sense of relaxation. I would enjoy staying again. Appreciated that there was a little fridge and microwave available as well.

“Wonderful hotel held by fantastic host”

Ed was such a fantastic host. Such a cosy hotel he has. And he went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy our breakfast outside of normal hours. A fridge, microwave and water boiler are available for use which were very convenient in our case.

Throughout the lead up to my stay my contact with the host was great, upon arrival I was warmly greeted, shown where I can park and around the property, which is lovely. The rooms are well appointed and the space is sensibly used to ensure there is no wasted space. The addition of the kettle, tea and coffee was a nice touch in the room as well. Being situated right next to the river was also a lovely addition to the calmness the property has and sleeping with the window open made for a pleasant nights sleep. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable with lovely bed linens and great pillows! The bathroom, although small was well appointed and the shower provided great water pressue with consistent temperature. I think the highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which was set up with great care, attention to detail and catered for all tastes. I was able to take my time and enjoy everything that was on the table and had a very enjoyable stay.

The room was comfortable, good breakfast, friendly host, good locatio to explore the area. Quite location but restaurants can be found neaby. Close to the water rafting which we enjoyed very much. Cable car up to the mountain in nearby Luchon was also a nice experience.

From the minute of the very warm welcome of Ed, the host, you feel at home in very uniquely renovated spacious room. The breakfast is amazing and really … we would have liked to stay!

Perfect location alongside the river in the centre of the village, near the bus stop and a car park. Lovely atmospheric room with fireplace and all necessary facilities, including a kettle and tea. Great breakfast and very friendly host. I have stayed here twice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

The accommodation is next to a river in the middle of the town, however, it still peaceful. Really nice views. The room was very cozy. The owner is very nice and welcoming and the breakfast included a variety of items.

Very pleasant host, renovated old house with a romantic atmosphere, clean, comfortable and cozy place. Limited parking in front of the house, but there is a parking lot a few meters from the house. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable with good facilities and I had a good night's rest there. The breakfast was also great and the owner is helpful and friendly.

This is an amazing spot with an incredible view to the river. Ed is a great person that provided us with wonderful tips for a very nice track and a lovely spa. I highly recommend this place.
