“Chilled out, everything I needed, and comfortable.”
Location was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff were all really lovely. In fact, when I arrived in SJdL, I looked around the the shops for a while and had a coffee in a cafe. People seemed quite miserable. I was surprised because I live near by and the people in this region are super friendly. Anyway, when I arrived at the hotel, the young lady was adorable. Everyone thee was really nice and my faith in humanity was restored! It was a nice and chilled out stay.

Quite close to the town, we were able to walk in easily. Although the room was small, being an Ibis budget it had a lot of shelves which were useful.

Perfectly acceptable room for one night stay. Everything was clean. Easy walking distance to St Jean De Luz and handy having the secure parking as I should think in the summer it's difficult to park on the street

Lovely hotel in a nice residential neighbourhood - only 10 minutes walk into the town. Small but modern and well equipped room. Easy to park. Loved our stay in Saint Jean de Luz.

The staff was helpful throughout the stay, we enjoyed a smooth visit. The hotel was 5 minutes away by foot from the town centre/train station.

“Place is ok if you’re staying for one night, but NOT for a longer stay.”
The staff was great! Check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth and they had free parking at the hotel. The place was clean-ish. The location of the hotel was great, you can walk to St Jean’s downtown in literally 6 min.

“Exceptional”
This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I've been at many Ibis Budget but this one is definitely the best. Totally new hotel with a really good decoration taste in rooms and quality of materials. Comfy bed. Private garage upon request and included in the price. The staff is extra kind and attentive. The area is so beautiful. Definitely I would come back with no doubts.
