“Great value, easy access to Rome, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay.”
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for the one night we spent there. Our host was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We especially appreciated the convenient location close to both the airport and the train station. It was easy to reach Rome Termini in about 15 minutes, making it a great base for exploring the city. We were also traveling by car and had no trouble finding street parking nearby at a reasonable cost. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again if we need a place near the airport in the future.

Convenient for the airport, comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay. Very welcoming owners and easy check in. We were just staying one night before an early flight, but enjoyed the area too, found good places for dinner and breakfast just round the corner.

Modern comfortable room, hot drinks available to make. Very close to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Less than 10 mins walk to rail station, trains to Rome centre only takes 15mins.

It is in an ideal location close to the airport shuttle and several bistros. There are delightful communal tea and coffee facilities . The owner Christos and his staff were extremely helpful and able to advise.

The location was an easy 2 minute walk from the bus stop from the airport which run every 15 minutes to the train station, where the bus drops you. Past great a great little coffee shop . It is easy to get a train from that station to the main metro station, where you can get to all the main attractions from. The room had a really comfortable bed , always had clean towels , hot water and great coffee machine, tv and internet.

“Lovely for a short stay in Rome”
The owner was really helpful and kind. Before we even got to the place, he was on hand to provide directions and ensure we were okay getting there. He recommended a really nice Bistro, which was just around the corner. Each floor had a small but comfortable communal area to sit and have a cup of coffee in, which was nice. The rooms were nice.

“Amazing owner”
The owner, Christos. What a gentleman. What an owner. Welcomes you with open arms and warm smile. What a person he is. We stayed 2times in our trip here. Never doubted, that if we needed anything he will be right there. Highly recommend this place!
