Excellent food. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Drying racks readily available and a space to wash our boots. Clear signage & easy to find the trail the next day. Would recommend to anyone hiking to stay here.

“Ideal when hiking Mestia to Ushguli.”
Very good place to stay when doing the Mestia to Ushguli hike. Cosy and warm accommodation and excellent food, both for dinner and breakfast. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful host.

Large, clean and bright room. Beds were comfy, but had the usual footboard which isn't ideal for taller people. Bathrooms were clean, one toilet didn't have a seat Food was really good, both breakfast and dinner. Our favourite of the trek. Plenty of it too, we couldn't eat it all. Only place we stayed with fruit and biscuits available. Hammocks and seats outside to chill. Food was also cheapest of the places we stayed.

The hosts are very friendly. The garden is so beautiful and the food was the best we had in Georgia! Would definitely recommend!

Good food. Comfortable room. Nice garden to relax after the hike. Just for info, the dinner is 30 lari and the breakfast is 25.

There was no wifi and it was a bit different than on pictures. Our room did not have a windows. There were supposed to be extra large beds and were small usual beds. Food was much lower quality than in other guests houses. We have talked to other fellows travellers.

Simple but very friendly accommodation, hosts speak little English but are very welcoming and communicating with hands and feet worked the same. Chvabiani is a nice and peaceful place to stay when hiking to Ushguli.
