The managers of the hotel were very helpful with finding restaurants and vehicle rentals. They were very informative and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond normal hotel staff. Great place to stay with an excellent location.

The owner and staff are incredible. They work hard and go above and beyond to ensure each guest has a great experience in Churchill. I appreciated the shuttle and quick orientation driving tour of Churchill prior to checking in. They allowed me to check in early when my train arrived. The location was within walking distance to Churchill sites and meeting points for tour groups. The staff were very informative and helpful with developing my itinerary. The hotel provided a discounted rate for a rental vehicle which allowed me to explore on my own.

That the small little town it feels like home, Terry and wife Tammy and the sweetest couple we have meet in a long time, Carol and Chris also work Very hard at this Hotel Above and beyond that is the people. It was our 30th anniversary, and what a wonderful way to spend it, loving everything we do and see. Love the wonderful friends (new family) pat and his son Mason are just like our children and grandchildren ❤️

Quite a classy hotel without the price tag.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating to solo travellers for check in check out time when possible/ if tge room was not rented. Ride from the flight was a must too and fot tge infos about the town. I locked myself out and even if it was a weekend evening, on call staff found a quick solution. It is a basic more budget hotel, but over all great value breakfast was included and made / warm from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.

The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, picked us up from the train station and gave us a little tour of the town. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

“Loved staying here, my son and I had a lot of fun in Churchill, Manitoba.”

My son and I travelled up north to Churchill to experience a night with no official night on June 21st, 2025 and to swim in Hudson Bay (Arctic Ocean) to say that we have swam in all 3 of Canada's Oceans. The Hotel staff were excellent and made us really feel at home and were of great help for sites to see around Churchill in the summer. We didn't see any Polar Bears, but didn't expect to as it is not Polar Bear season in the summer. I highly recommend the Churchill Motel, you will not be disappointed. The Motel is only 300 metres from the train station, yet the staff picked us up right at the station which was a great "ice breaker", pardon the pun, to met them.

Wonderful breakfast, completely unexpected to have a full breakfast every morning. Microwave down the hall was great, ice maker always full. Staff was always pleasant and always on top of things.

For the remote location and limitations available to the entire community, our stay at the Churchill Hotel was really good. From the time the owner, John, collected us at the airport, then actually took the time to drive us around for a short tour of the town, before dropping us at the hotel, through to our late departure, we were treated like valued guests. Meals were lovely, and they went out of their way to ensure as a person with coeliac disease, I was taken care of (even provided a separate toaster especially for me)
