“Comfortable stay in Namchuncheon”

Easy to walk from Namchuncheon station. Room was nice with a comfortable bed and sofa area. Also had full dressing table set up with a hair straightener and skincare 💅 Not important to me but it had the biggest tv I have ever seen! Staff were friendly and we were lucky to score an early check in. Free laundry facility was great with washing liquid provided. Microwave in the hallway cupboard though outside of the room.

The staff is very friendly

Room and bedding were clean. Complimentary simple breakfast. Water in shower hot and water pressure good. Supplied cotton beauty pads and hair dryer as well as brush and toothbrush. Daytime staff friendly

“Hotel good if driving as more of a motel,liked staff and facilities were good.”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel,the staff were friendly,breakfast was basic but good,coffee excellent,facilities for washing clothes was great. Location was good for museum and getting to cable car . Downside was lack of wardrobes or drawers to unpack clothes and small shower towels.

Good to stay for couple and families. Hotel provided very well facilities such as laundry, parking lot, and playroom. Room provided all amenities and clean bathroom.

High tech room with nice ambience. Near train station and mall with some nice food nearby. Free parking.

“New and modern hotel”

Hotel is new and modern. Lobby is welcoming, quiet location and good soundproofing. Lots of eateries and restaurants nearby. Comfortable (on the softer side) and big beds. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Good amenities (flat iron/hair dryer, kettle, skincare/lotions provided). Easy check in/out process. English communication was basic and sufficient. Washing machine in the hotel and laundry mat in front of the hotel. Nothing to fault.

“Value for money stay”

Although room was small, it had all the necessary amenities and had comfortable beds. Simple breakfast with toast, eggs and cereal was also provided. Very value for money. Just enough for 2 adults and a small kid.

“Beautiful accommodation in Chuncheon”

Brown dot hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was sufficient and the laundry facilities were complimentary. House keeping was amazing too. The only thing was the room was a little small for a family of 4. Beds, pillow and blankets were of high quality. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

“Overall good”

Poor breakfast: only bread, butter and jelly, no te so that was a bit disappointing.

We were not aware that breakfast was provided, so it was a pleasant surprise when they told us about it.

Very clean and cozy, bright room, everything worked nicely. The only negative thing was that it was too hot and I couldn‘t really regulate the temperature .. (Just opened the window at the end)

“Quiet hotel for transiting outside of Seoul.”

nice place to be in so you can enjoy the other side of Korea. Quiet area and perfect transit hotel if you are travelling to visit Nami island and Legoland. The front lobby is very cosy with dolls for your photo taking experience.

“Great station for a short break..”

The hotel has 2 block. It is 1 row behind a main street. The room is small but they provide full set of amenities such as toothbrush, shaver, comb, shampoo & body wash. They have washing machine which is free to use. They also serve light breakfast with brew coffee. Overall, it is recommended to overnight at Browndot hotel if you are heading from Chuncheon to South.

“Average”

Check in time was at 6pm which was already later than other properties and when I checked in 3 hrs earlier at 3 pm, they asked extra fee of $10 per hour. Quite surprised but just let go as my family was tired from a long trip.
