This villa is nestled in the middle of a forest. I spent a lot of time carefully picking it mainly because I loved its natural surroundings, and kayaking activities were available here. Unfortunately, due to unexpected matters, we arrived extremely late and had to leave very early the next morning. We barely got any chance to enjoy this wonderful villa we’d chosen with so much care, and I felt really upset about it. The resort itself is really nice. We were given delicious drip coffee as a welcome gift at check-in; I only got to drink it after bringing it back to China and totally loved the flavour. The room size is modest but full of unique touches. Inside the villa, fresh milk, cereal and biscuits were prepared for guests, together with recycled drinking water. The staff also handed us a hand-drawn map marking nearby delicious restaurants, which are just a short drive away. There is a small night market nearby where we bought tasty local snacks we liked very much.

We loved the peaceful location near the river and the beauty of the place. The staff were really friendly and kind.

This place will always be in my heart. Surrounded by nature, on the river, you can take the kayak for free and explore the area. The room was perfect and the staff was extraordinary. Very kind, helpful and welcoming. It was heartwarming. I would love to come back!

Beautiful property close to the attractions. Clean and well.maintained rooms, professional staff and lots of complimentary amenities like snacks, breakfast(toast and fruits), bicycle, kayak, tour booking, car and bike rental, a detailed map of Chumphon with restaurant and attractions recommendations. Can't ask for more, we will stay here again when visiting Chumphon

Quiet and well organised little resort with kind and helpful staff. Situated along a stream, bungalows have enough privacy and nice views with plenty of birds around. Also, plenty of mosquitos! Recommended.

Villa Varich is a truly special place. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel very personal and warm. The rooms and bungalows are beautiful and surrounded by a paradisiacal garden right by the river. The atmosphere is unbelievably peaceful and unique – you can hear nothing but birds singing, crickets, and the wind in the trees. There is self-roasted coffee and other local products available to buy, which adds a very authentic touch to the experience. One of the highlights is kayaking along the river, which is a lot of fun and a great way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you are looking for a quiet, nature-filled place to relax, this is absolutely perfect.
