“Very noisy and disappointing”
The problem was the dogs howling all night. Of course the hotel knows about this issue and provide guests with earplugs. But other than that , the staff isn’t very helpful. Finally at 3am, the receptionist agreed to check wether she had a free room on the street side, away from the backyard where the dogs are kept. But I insisted and battled for so long to get her to check if she could move me to another room, that I can not recommend this place. The night staff there is totally unhelpful, even when confronted with a situation they know about. In the end, I was just another customer not being able to sleep because of the dogs. And I heard that everyone knows not to get a room at the back. Unfortunately, I just didn’t!!

“Excellent transit hotel”
I only stayed here for a transit from Bangkok to koh samui but it was a walk away from the train station which is great, staff were nice, huge beds and huge rooms. So quiet and great for a sleep
