“My stay would’ve been good if they didn’t give me a connected room with loud and drunk ppl.”

“Located ideally in the heart of downtown Christiansted but no pool/outdoor made it difficult for us.”
The location in reference to the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, excursions and downtown activities was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean and provided a frig and microwave. The view from our room was awesome as the harbor and boardwalk was right out our window.

“Location and staff made up for shortcomings, amazing trip overall.”
Customer Service was par excellence - Ms. Hillarine is a jewel, Lynelle is a foodie information fountain, Zenira is potential bursting at the seams, Dizhane is service with a smile, Sandy is helpful above and beyond, and Louis is a walking St Croix info center. The experience of meeting and interacting with each of them, individually and collectively, was a trip highlight.

“Wouldn't go back. I spent a few thousand dollars going and 2 full days of traveling.”
There was no breakfast. We chose to stay on the boardwalk for convenience and being able to walk and see things. There wasn't much to see, not many businesses selling their wears and overall run down structures to be a tourist area.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! Locationwise it is a very good spot in Christiansted, and even if there is music at the bars you dont get disturbed from it in the room.

It was right on the water, the restaurant and bar were open to the water and boardwalk. Great location and staff were very friendly.
