Decent place for the money. Rooms were big enough and were clean.

We have stayed here each VT game that we go to. The staff are very nice and the breakfast area/staff is really good. Our room was nice and cool and updated.

everything was fine but there was a family with young kids playing in the hallway right outside our room that were extremely loud, screaming and running up and down the halls for over an hour. We were trying to get some sleep and it was impossible. Other than that everything was great.

“Noisy”

One of the noisiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Asked when we checked in if we could get a room away from the highway only to be given the closest possible room to it. Went back to reception to ask if we could change room but were told the hotel was fully booked which seemed strange as there were only a few cars outside and every room type still showing as available online. We were so tired in the morning we had to go and find another hotel to get some rest for a few hours before continuing our journey.

The free breakfast was not even a basic continental breakfast. There were 3 types of cereal and waffles. Oh and some yogurt. They did start to put out some prepackaged honey buns as we were leaving. There was no toast, no fruit, no bagels or muffins. And if you are carb or gluten free like I am there was absolutely nothing there to eat but coffee. Although I have to say the coffee was actually pretty good. But they were very minutes in creamers. The offered hazelnut or sugar or sweetness and milk. So being keto I added some hazelnut and Splenda. I was disappointed in the breakfast because the website said buffet breakfast. We stayed there because my daughter was competing in the state gymnastics meet and we had to be there at 7:45am. It was close by and had a free breakfast. If this is what you’re looking for I might keep looking. The room was clean and they have a small indoor pool and our room had a gorgeous view of the blue ridge mountains.

The staff was exceptionally polite and extremely tentative. I loved the girl at the front desk when we checked in and on our second night, she was truly amazing and went above and beyond. The facility was nice, just a little hard to find. I definitely loved the location with Fatbacks and many other restaurants being so close.
