The rooms were a little too small and mine didn’t come with a fridge when it advertises online that every room would come with a little fridge.

“Let down”
Desk staff was not helpful at all. Reserved a handicap room was given a regular room on second floor ( I can not walk without help) I was told the elevator was out of order but if I needed it I could use it.
