I thought the property was marvellous. There were the odd little thing like loose toilet roll holder. ( falling off)There had a been louvre shower screen fitted at some point but the original shower screen rail and rings were still hanging. Certainly not a deal breaker though

“Great find in Christchurch”
Quite a new boutique hotel. Unusual and pleasing courtyard design. Quality through out. Car parking tight but adequate. Comfortable beds well designed bathroom. A shower that doesn't leak. Nice carpet. Good sized tv placed for easy viewing. Very good heat pump. The walk into town tok about 15 minutes. Easy walking

“Great place to stay close to central Christchurch”
Slightly quirky hotel close to the centre of Christchurch. Well appointed, spacious and comfortable room. Parking on-site, although a little tight. Secure access after hours. Need to carry luggage up stairs to the room.
