The Breakfasts were superb and the ability to be able to use the well equipped Kitchen for preparing lunch and Dinners was great!

“Excellent Value For Money”

We had a spacious room with en suite. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Parking was excellent, a large off-street area mostly out of view of the public. One of the nicest breakfasts we have had, lovely fresh fruit salad, choice of cereals, toast, and spreads followed by excellent coffee.

Excellent continental breakfast. It was a bonus having a full kitchen available and spacious grounds outside where you could eat. Plenty of spaces to relax enjoying the historic premises. Location close to beach was ideal for us and it was very quiet.

Our hosts were lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was great and there is a kitchen available for use for other meals. The location is very handy to the pier and an easy walk from the North New Brighton Community Centre.

Great service. Friendly and helpful hosts. Love the beautiful house and the history. The room was warm, the bed comfortable and we loved being able to see the New Brighton Pier at sunrise.

She even gave me very very good indications about Rugby, which was wonderful to take a great memory for my son at home, in Madrid Spain, who is rugby fans. “Value for money”

Can't beat the value for money. The place is huge, with a big lounge and dining room, and well decorated. It's like staying in an art gallery. Hosts are very friendly and the breakfast was great. It's a short drive/walk from a beach and pier that were lovely.

It was a great location for what we needed to do. The first night we had an ensuite, which was good. The next night the ensuite wasn't available and we had a room with shared bathroom. I was hesitant but found them to be clean and a great lay out. There were plenty of showers and toilets. I felt safe at the place. Great facilities for those who are traveling a lot so you could prepare food. Plenty of fridge space. Security and entry were easy.

Excellent location in a quiet area just ten minutes walk from New Brighton beach and pier. The property itself is large and very well maintained. The property also has an interesting history as it was once a Nunnery. Very good breakfast and with excellent quality coffee! Room was large and comfortable with a relatively spacious en-suite shower. Large and pleasant communal garden area. The large shared kitchen facilities are clean and very equipped. Hosts are pleasant, friendly and accommodating.
