“Improve breakfast and it could be 5 star.”
Beautiful building. Rooms were lovely but very small Guest lounge was beautifully appointed with lots of books and coffee. Reception staff were very welcoming.

Great location, could walk everywhere , beautiful room and building, it felt like a home rather than a hotel which is very special. The bathroom was super spacious and clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff :)

Proximity to central Christchurch restaurant/ retail scene. Wonderful old building as the whole area was once the Canterbury University. Beautifully restored. Hotel nicely appointed.

Such a unique layout and location, in a lovely quiet and historic setting - just over the road from the Botanic Gardens. So incredibly clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.
