“Dissapointing.”
This property did not meet its advert. The oven did not work and I was charged to use the washing machine. The washing line literally fell apart. The TV did not work either. The towels did not meet paid quality. Also had to park my rental under a walnut tree.

“Family visit Holiday”
I loved it. John and Sue are friendly and showed me around. They said they're available to help if needed. In the kitchen there's jug, fridge (not freezer I don't think), microwave, toaster and some tea coffee milk and oats available. It's a big room and warm. The shower was nice. Everything was good. I will stay again if I can.

A friendly couple (hosts) waited for us after 10 pm due to our flight arriving late. Clear instructions, quiet location, comfortable bed and clean facilities gave us a good start to our holiday.

“Very reasonable accommodation in Christchurch”
The location was excellent for driving into Christchurch. There were roadworks at the time but they didn't bother us. We always got into the city centre easily. It was a suburban area, so very quiet and safe. The shower worked very well. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy of being able to stay in the downstairs part of the house. The price of the accommodation is excellent. The price probably reflects the aspects of the accommodation which are not perfect. The owners are very friendly.
