Everything. The owners we the most warm and welcoming people I've ever met. Helpful in everything you could ever want or need. Very family oriented and the cleanliness of the rooms was superb. Even down to organising a shuttle bus to the airport or needing a new roll of toilet paper, nothing was too much trouble for them. AMAZING.

The hotel is in a great location, at walking distance to the centre of Christchurch. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the corner bath and the towels were absolutely incredibly soft. Christine and her son were very friendly and very helpful. We will stay at Salerno again.
