“Apartment Excellence”
Service level was above and beyond. My family was attending an event in the city and I cheekily requested an early carpark and the possibility of obtaining an apartment key 🔑. Wayne not only granted my request but allowed us access to the apartment at 10am. It is not lost on us that it placed pressure on himself and his cleaning team. The apartment was perfect, exceptional location, spacious and spotless. Thank you we are very grateful for your kindness.

“Merivale Magic”
The host, Wayne, was excellent. We were a large family group. The apartments were very clean & comfortable & had everything you'd need, super handy having a washing machine & drier in each one. Wayne was so friendly & was a great help with suggestions for places to park & visit. Based on his suggestions we visited the Botanical Gardens, Cafe & did theTram Tour. Thought the mattress on bed downstairs might be too hard, but actually ended up comfy & good night sleep. Thought the steps from bedroom downstairs up to kitchen/dining/lounge area might be too many for older members of the group (70's), but they handled them well. We also loved the Lime green Scooters available for hire around the area, cheap & easy to operate, even for us in our 50's. Excellent pub 5 min walk, just down the road, The Brewery, was a week night, quiet & excellent food.

“dont recommend to my colleagues and friends”
the owner is strick in the number of people to stay in the apartment. that he counted even my 1 year old daughter to the total number of how many can stay. the most inconsiderate person in had ever encounter. the place is stinky because of the rubbish still in the bin un emptied prior our check in.
