Simone and Joe are incredible hosts and we learned so much from them because they have lived much of their lives in Christchurch and are eager to share their love of the city. Highly recommended!

“Superb modern home, located walking distance from everything”

A fabulous new home, which was built in the same heritage style of the former house, but with all modern conveniences … It is very well located, walking distance to everything- the city, local cafes and restaurants, the Avon river and parks.

The place is lovely. Spacious and comfortable. It has all the little things you need for a short stay. You can even find grocery bags. The design is modern but also includes some rustic details which creates a nice feeling. The Owners are superfriendly and helpful.

It’s unique character and history made the stay that bit more special. It was so tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable with a fabulous location. I especially liked the two bathrooms which was great when with a group of ladies 😊

The property was spotlessly clean with beautiful linens and curtains etc. The historic building had been completely refurbished by the lovely owners whose home is to the rear of the property. The owners were wonderful hosts you couldn’t do enough for us, they even provided fresh milk for our morning cuppa! There is also a great pub a short walk down the road that serves food too.
