Hotel 115 is a 4-stars contemporary boutique hotel with 37 rooms. Positioned in the heart of the city only 3 minutes’ walk to Te Pae Convention Centre,1 minute from Cathedral Square and the iconic New Regent Street. It is in a shopping district with many cafés and restaurants. The city tram runs right through the hotel, an original feature that adds to the unique vibe of the property. There are a variety of rooms to choose from, all different shapes and sizes. All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels as well as private en suite bathrooms. Some rooms provide balconies, while certain rooms include air-conditioning. The property is non-smoking and breakfast can be added with Tramway Café. We provide dry-cleaning and laundry valet service with charges. Guests can enjoy the complimentary access to the gym, swimming pool and spa facilities at a partner property located only steps away.

Very boujee little hotel! Rooms weren't huge but still comfortably fit luggage in. Very conveniently located to some cool little spots in town to jump on some scooters and go exploring. Enjoyed our stay here.

It is right in town.easy access to everything that we wanted to do.we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to ,otherwise we just hopped on the tram.
