“Very pleasent stay and would use again”

The apartment was in a wonderful location overlooking the park and a 20 minute walk into Christchurch city centre. The apartment was spacious and the facilities were good especially the shower which was excellent.

Quiet & roomy had everything we needed

It was spacious and well equipped, good location. Entry instructions clear.

nice view, spacious, comfortable, good bedroom, directly next to Halgey Park as advertised, kitchen equipment sufficient. 1h free-parking space around the corner.

Parking was limited, made it hard to unload car into apartment

Could not gain access to the property, no contact information was ever sent, there was no PIN on the receipt. Booking.com not answering urgent query to try and gain access, even the next day and nothing since. I have written repeatedly with no reply. We were charged the full amount. I have requested full refund but once again no reply from Booking.com. No contact info within Booking.com for this site either. Hopeless, will not be using again or recommending.

Wonderfully located and appointed apartment.

Excellent location, short walk into the city centre and lovely walks around the park. Handy for uber/taxis to take you from the airport/train station Hosts were so lovely, we arrived late due to a delayed flight and found that the travel cot they had kindly provided didnt stay up, we contacted the hosts and they arranged for a new one to be dropped off straight away.

Fantastic location very close to the city centre. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean with good amenities. Great communication from the hosts.

“Good Location”

The apparent had everything we needed for a self catering break. The location was perfect for us. It was near enough for us to walk into the city centre or the train station (for the TranzAlpine scenic rail journey etc). Hagley Park is just across the road and is a great place for a morning jog.

The location was superb and so lovely to wake up and open the door to the park each morning. An easy stretch of the legs into town, we usually ubered home at night which cost under $10 - cheaper than the bus! The accommodation had everything we needed, and if we needed help from the host they were right there at the end of the phone. We saved money by buying groceries and cooking breakfast/packing lunch in the room. Would stay again.
