Colombo In The City is a modern motel located just 6 minutes’ walk from Christchurch's city centre and Christchurch Casino. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with over 50 satellite channels. Some rooms also have a spa bath. Colombo Motel Christchurch has a guest laundry and can assist with travel bookings. The location is absolutely amazing, as it is within easy walking distance of the city center. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made a very positive impression on me from the moment I arrived. Everything was great, and the only thing that could have made it even better would be having a washing machine in the facility. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay!

Like all the motels we stayed in on our last NZ trip this one did the job. Perfectly clean and comfortable, good value for money, nothing to dislike about it. Convenient location only a short stroll into the centre of town.

“Very pleasant and comfortable stay.”
Very good location, walking distance to the city, trams and buses. We stayed six nights going and coming back three times. Large comfortable beds (loved that!). Good hot showers. In second room which was bigger had two comfy chairs. Small table and chairs outside. Owner very helpful and friendly, put electric blanket and heater on when temperatures dropped. Would stay again.
