Very quiet and peaceful for such a busy area. Beds and linen need replacing but apart from that - very nice and met expectations. Very good value for the money!

“Beautiful old cottage, great location”
Really sweet old cottage hidden just off the street (go down the gravel driveway to find it). Very close to the train station - we walked there with our bags. Easy walkable access to the city - and heading back on the lime scooters was fun!

Fantastic cottage. We stayed on our first 2 nights and immediately booked it again for 3 nights later in the trip. Great location close to food and other shops. Excellent communication from the host.

Cute cottage close to heaps of shops, restaurants and amenities. Easy access to the railway station and town. Super cosy and delightfully presented. Communication was excellent. The cottage has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely welcome with lights and heater on. Very thoughtful inclusion of all the important things needed for our stay in kitchen bathroom and laundry areas. Great location for our needs. We will be back again next time we need accomodation in Chch.

“Quick stop to rest before heading south”
On arrival key was where it said it would be, we arrived very late and the lights were on and air conditioning was set to warm for the cool night. Very thoughtful. The shower pressure was awesome. Everything was clean and tidy. John, the host, was great at communicating everything we needed to know. There were enough towels for all and a spare.
