“Would definitely recommend this hotel”
Centrally located to everything. Pleasant room. Very comfortable bed. Great shower with lots of hot water. Very modern fixtures & rooms cleaned daily. In fact, there was always someone wiping down or cleaning something.

Fantastic location and super friendly staff. I was not expecting much as it was a very basic room at a low cost for one night but it was very comfortable and actually quite spacious. I had a room with no windows but it was still cosy.

The hotel was perfect in every way! The man at the reception was absolutely wonderful to me — kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. I felt truly looked after from the moment I arrived until I left. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in New Zealand. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, central to all essential amenities. Swipe card access in lifts to allow entry to different floor levels is an excellent safety measure.

The upstairs roof bar was lovely. We had drinks up there one night and staff exceptionally friendly and made a great Margarita. The Continental Breakfast was basic, but okay. I had the omelette both days and not a lot of flavour. I didn’t realise I had to circle what I wanted in it, underlying was not enough so the first day was a very plain, quite tasteless omelette. Location of the hotel was perfect.

Warm welcome upon arrival. Able to get our room earlier than normal checkin time. Assistance by receptionist to arrange for a taxi for early the next morning.
