Recent construction in excellent shape. Close to the CBD and all the relevant attractions. Nice kitchen facilities, Two Heat Pumps! TV worked well with our streaming devices. Bedrooms nicely appointed. Good to have a bathroom heater. I like the incorporation of the Japanese style bidet onto the toilets. Excellent dishwasher. All new and in shape. Nice Fisher and Paykel dishwasher. Beautiful new combo washer dryer unit.

The manager reacted promptly to all our requests. The place is near the Cathedral Square. Not a long walking distance to the Avon river, the tram terminal and New Regent street with the tramway track and all the fabulous cafes and restaurants. If you use a car then this place makes Christchurch "11-minute" city - wherever you want to go, usually it takes around 11 min!

“Beautiful, split level townhouse”
It was great each bedroom having its own bathroom. Lovely rear garden to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Just a short walk and you were in the city centre. Lovely relaxing break.
